MAMLEO recognizes the importance of modern technology and access to information and to MAMLEO's efforts to provide its members the best and most efficient services. Therefore, MAMLEO has provided many of its members with e-mail as well as limited access to the Internet. All information technology provided by MAMLEO to its members, including, but not limited to, Internet access and e-mail, is, and remains at all times, the property of MAMLEO. Accordingly, MAMLEO has the right to review any and all activity, including, but not limited to, all data and information accessed, created, sent, displayed, stored, downloaded and/or printed through the e-mail and Internet services provided by MAMLEO.

While MAMLEO encourages its members to utilize this information technology, member use of MAMLEO’s e-mail and the Internet is restricted to the business purposes of MAMLEO. All members are responsible for their own actions with respect to their use of MAMLEO’s e-mail and the Internet.

Accordingly, members may not use another member's password to create, send or retrieve e-mail messages, or to access Internet sites, unless express permission is granted. Under no circumstance are MAMLEO’s e-mail and Internet systems to be used for any purposes prohibited by state, local or federal law. Members are advised that copyright laws apply to information accessed over the e-mail system and the Internet.

Any improper use of MAMLEO’s e-mail and Internet systems, at any time, including, but not limited to, accessing, creating, sending, displaying, storing, downloading and/or printing sexually explicit or otherwise potentially offensive materials, will not be tolerated and will subject the member to discipline, up to and including, site access termination.

Member use of MAMLEO’s e-mail and Internet system is not private. All e-mail messages and Internet sites visited by members are automatically stored on MAMLEO’s computer back-up systems. Further, members should be aware that even when a message is deleted, it may exist on a backup tape . MAMLEO reserves the right to retrieve, save, monitor and review all messages created, sent, or received, at any time, with or without advance notice or prior consent. MAMLEO further reserves its right to retrieve, save, monitor and review all web sites visited by a member and all information and/or data accessed, created, sent, displayed, stored, downloaded and/or printed through the member’s access to the Internet, at any time, with or without advance notice or prior consent. Such access may occur during or after working hours by any network manager, or other personnel designated by MAMLEO. Further, members are reminded that information accessed and/or distributed over the e-mail system and the Internet may be considered a public record pursuant M.G.L. c. 66.

A member's use of MAMLEO’s e-mail system and/or access to the Internet through MAMLEO’s system constitutes his/her agreement to comply with MAMLEO’s E-mail and Internet Use Policy as well as his/her consent to MAMLEO’s recording and monitoring of the member’s use of the e-mail and Internet systems. Members are subject to all Rules and Regulations promulgated by MAMLEO. This policy may be altered or amended at the discretion of MAMLEO at any time. Members will be notified of any change in the policy.

Ownership of Intellectual Property

All site design software, design, text, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, artwork, graphic material, source code or other copyrightable elements, and the selection and arrangements thereof, and trademarks, service marks and trade names (the "Material") are the property of DB Web Designand/or its subsidiaries, affiliates or assigns or DB Web Design's licensors or other respective owners and are protected, without limitation, pursuant to U.S. and foreign copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, broadcast or circulate any Material to any third party (including, without limitation, the display and distribution of the Material via a third party website) without the express prior written consent of DB Web Design. Use of this website and/or its licensors' Material is only permitted with their express written permission. You further agree that you will not disassemble, recompile, reverse engineer or otherwise modify the Material. Any unauthorized or prohibited use may subject the offender to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable federal and state laws.

All content on MAMLEO.ORG is protected under copyright law (although MAMLEO.ORG makes no representations or warranties nor accepts any liability for the content created, reproduced, published or posted by end users in personal web pages).
