Dear Founding Members
NAACP, Blue Hills Area Branch:

I am indeed delighted that you joined your friends and neighbors in forming the Blue Hills Area Branch of the NAACP.   We all owe a debt of gratitude to Reginald Nunnally, who chaired the Organizing Committee, which successfully led the effort resulting in the NAACP Board of Directors granting the Branch charter.   Congratulations to Reggie and the entire Organizing Committee.

The New England Area Conference (NEAC) is now calling for the initial Branch meeting.  At this meeting, a very brief overview of the NAACP and how the Branch is expected to function will be presented.  Then, the Founding Branch Members will elect officers of the Blue Hills Area Branch.

The details are:
Initial Blue Hills Area Branch Meeting
        Tuesday, May 15, 2018
        7:00 PM

        Light refreshments will be served.
The Washington Room,  Randolph Town Hall
        41 South Main Street
        Randolph, MA  02368

Thank you so much and I look forward to the Blue Hills Area Branch beginning its important work, consistent with the mission of the NAACP.

Sincerely yours,

Juan M. Cofield
